Background/Discussion
Mr. Carroll is requesting a license to sell electronic cigarettes and tobacco related devices at 918 Highway
10 NW. An electronic cigarette is a battery-operated device that delivers inhaled doses of nicotine
through a vaporized solution simulating the act of tobacco smoking.
Electronic cigarettes and other products made or derived from tobacco are regulated as "tobacco
products" under the Federal Food and Drug Administration's Tobacco Control Act.
