Approve by motion a license to sell tobacco related products to The Ecig Palace located at 13493
Business Center Drive,valid through December 31,2013.
Background/Discussion
The Council approved a tobacco products license to The Ecig Palace, LLC, for 19264 Evans Street in
June. Since that time, the applicant has relocated his business and is requesting a license to sell electronic
cigarettes and tobacco-related devices at 13493 Business Center Drive.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials.
