SUBJECT: Closing of 4TM Street For Open House
Once again the Elk River Fire Department requests
permission to close 4TH Street on September 19, 1998 for our open
house and dance which follows. The closing of this road will assist
us in the safety of the participants at the dance and will also
assist the Fire Department in additional room for the dance.
Therefore, at this time, I am asking for Mayor and City Council
approval to close 4th Street on September 19, 1998.
