the 6th of January. Commissioner Kragness commented on how useful the Frequently
Asked Questions information was and suggested it be included in the next packet. It was
discussed that the St. Cloud HPC only reviews exterior alterations and the process for
approval is only one additional step for the homeowner. The permits for exterior
alterations have a 98% approval rate. It was suggested to the Elk River HPC that the
survey of the neighborhood be completed now rather than later so the residents know
what they have. St. Cloud HPC sends a letter to the residents letting them know a
surveyor will be out to look at the exterior of their home and also notifies the Police
Department.
