Resolution of the City of ElIc River Approving the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Tax Levy
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Ella River
has requested that the city authorize a levy of.0144% of the taxable inarket value of the city
for various redevelopment activities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ell,River has consented to this levy.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ell,River
that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Ell,River certif T a
leery of.0144% of the taxable market in dne city for the benefit of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority.
