ENERGY CITY VISIONARY SUBCOMMITTEE
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2013
Members Present: Commissioners John Setala and Bruce Sayler
Members Absent: Steve Rohlf and Councilmember Matt Westgaard
Staff Present: Environmental Administrator Rebecca Haug
1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City Visionary
Subcommittee was called to order at 8:36 a.m.
2. Consider Agenda
No changes were made to the agenda.
3. Develop Action Plan
The Subcommittee finished editing the goals to be more applicable to Elk River's needs.
Chair Setala volunteered to work on developing the Executive Summary. The plan will
continue to be edited until the subcommittee is ready to present it to the ECC and then the
City Council.
4. Schedule Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held on for Friday,October 11,2013 at the Elk River City Hall in
the Upper Town Conference Room at 8:30 a.m. Items to be discussed are editing the
Action Plan and summary.
5. Adjournment
There being no further business,the meeting of the Elk River Energy City Visionary
Subcommittee adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
