proposed facility will be within an existing building located on the site. They are utilizing
three rooms in the building, two class rooms and an office, about 2200 square feet. The
portion of the building was formally used by a Montessori school. Classes will run from 8:10

add an 8th grade class and eventually add a 6th grade class. The entrance into the school is on
the east side of the building adjacent to the parking lot. There is a fenced playground area
located on the west side of the parking lot. The fenced area was installed as part of the
Montessori school. A basketball hoop may be installed but no playground equipment is
proposed. The bus drop-off and pick-up area is on the north side of the building along 3"'
