A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority's by-laws establish the second
Monday of January at 5:30 p.m. as the annual meeting of the Economic
Development Authority;and,
WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River finds it in its
best interest to change the meeting date and time of the annual meeting to
the third Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m.;and,
WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority bylaws require an amendment to
reflect the change in date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority
of the City of Elk River(the EDA) that by way of action at a regular meeting of the
Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River held on September 16,2013,
Section 2.5 (01) of Article 2 of the EDA by-laws are hereby amended to read as follows:
(01) Time and Place - The Annual Meeting of the Authority shall be held on the
• third Monday of January at 5:30 p.m. at the principal office of the Authority,
or such other location as designated in the Notice of Annual Meeting. Any
Annual Meeting falling upon a holiday shall be held on the next business day
at the same time and place.
