Jackson Street Water Tower
On June 16, 2004 Brad Robbins of Corporate Technologies called to inform us of his
desire to terminate the antenna lease agreement for the Jackson Street Water Tower.
Their technology utilizes line of sight and apparently this technology has not been
successful in Elk River. They have not experienced the customer growth due to reception
difficulties. Attached is a copy of the termination notice via e-mail along with my
response indicating late payments and liquidated damages.
We will continue to look for other antenna entities to utilize this tower.

Brad - We acknkowledge reciept of your notice to terminate the antenna lease on our Jackson St water tower.
For your information, you are 3 months behind on the lease payments. Paragraph 11 of our agreement reflects 3
months payment for liquidated damages. Total amount due is $3000.00. Please refer to our agreement and make
