SUBJECT: Housing Update
The City Council, at their July 12,2004 work session meeting,will be discussing the results
of the Housing Study update in regards to affordable housing and the Comprehensive Plan.
Attached is the memo to the Council written by Senior Planner Scott Harlicker, as well as
the original report that was presented the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in August
2003.
Staff will present an overview of the information included in the attached report and provide
an update regarding the Council's discussion.
