10-24-2013 QUORUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River Planning Commission may be attending the
Sherburne County's Project NEMO (Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials) workshop
scheduled for Thursday, October 24,2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. A quorum of
the Elk River Planning Commission may attend the workshop however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the Planning Commission during the workshop.
