NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council, Economic Development
Authority, and Planning Commission may be attending a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday,
October 22, 2013, from 11:30 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. at Preferred Powder Coating, 10846 1701" Court, Elk
River, Minnesota. A quorum of the City Council, Economic Development Authority, and Planning
Commission may attend the event;however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the City Council, Economic Development Authority, or Planning Commission during the
event.
