NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council, Economic Development
Authority, and Planning Commission may be attending a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday,
October 21, 2013, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at Alliance Machine, 17502 Tyler Street, Elk River,
Minnesota.A quorum of the City Council,Economic Development Authority, and Planning
Commission may attend the event; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the City Council, Economic Development Authority, or Planning Commission during the
event.
