Target bonuses to make better use of meager compensation budgets. Base them on merit and achievement and not just on length of service. Now is the time to let valued employees know that you appreciate them. It is because of organizations like yours that our Water Environment Technologies program at St . Cloud Technical College and the Metro locations will continue to grow. It provides an essential link between classroom, actual operations and maintenance at a treatment facility. Our past students have consistently expressed the value the internships provide them during their educational training in the Water Environment Technologies program. Inspect pump house (s) and record all readings . 2 . Adjustment of chemical feed rates. 3 . Sample and test raw and treated waters . 4 . Backwash filtration units. 5 . Test and adjust chlorination equipment . 6 . Collect bacteriological and fluoride samples . 7 . Assist with and reading of water meters & meter repair. 8 . Assist with water main repair. These newer distribution substations represent the primary source of electrical power for Elk River Municipal Utilities and Connexus Energy customers. Today, the dominant land use adjacent to the transmission line right of way consists of residential jneighborhoods and commercial areas that have developed since 1980.
