SUBJECT: On-Sale Beer and Wine License for
China House Buffet
Agenda Items 3.3 and 3.4
Michael Hoang has made application to sell 3.2 percent beer and
wine on-sale at the China House Buffet located at 17291 Highway 10.
The restaurant, previously known as Chin Yuen, has been sold to
Michael Hoang. Mr. Hoang has submitted the license application
and supporting documentation and license fees. The Police
Department has approved the background check on Michael Hoang
for the wine license.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve a 3.2 percent on-sale beer license and an
on-sale wine license to Michael Hoang for the China House Buffet.
