RESOLUTION THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION APPVI NOTICE FOR
SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE #07-22
ORDINANCE AN TI NG THE 2008 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
on December 17, 2007 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 07-22
adopting the 2008 Master Fee Schedule; and
this 2008 Master Fee Schedule,referred to as Exhibit A, B, C, and D, has
some fee increases in parking fines, sanitary user fees, sewer availability
charges, sexually oriented businesses, surface water management impact, and
zoning fees; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance and the 2008 Master Fee Schedule,
referred to as Exhibit A,B, C, and D,is available for inspection by any
person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway,
during regular business hours— 8:00 a.m, to 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 07-22
and that Ordinance 07-22 shall become effective January 1, 2008.
