I Dale Martin, Chair, hereby request to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting of the Elk
River Ice Arena Commission on August 5, 2003.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city administrator to post this notice at
least three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city administrator
to notify each member of the Ice Arena Commission in writing, at least one day before the
canceled meeting.

upon the members of the Ice Arena Commission by mail at least one day prior to the above-
