Improvements to Baldwin Park were originally scheduled for 2002 however;they are proposed in 2003. Improvements to the park include changes to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and in general,to improve the aesthetics of the park. Staff is suggesting that the Commission consider adding a small BMX track to the park, as was done at Riverplace Park. Staff requests that the Commission provide staff direction regarding development of Baldwin Park.
