3. Massage Therapist—Sonia Tallakson,Bela Salon, 19320 Highway 169 NW
4. Massage Establishment and Therapist—Karri Lane,Northern Tranquility Massage, 200—5"' St NW
Background/Discussion
The Council considered annual license renewals for kennel, mechanical amusement,massage establishment,
massage therapist, and tobacco at the December 2, 2013, Council meeting.There were a few applicants
who were not included on that list because the city had not received their renewal application or the
application was incomplete at that time.
