Appoint by motion,two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Board with term expirations of
December 31, 2014.
Background/Discussion
Per city code,the Administrative Hearing Board is a three-member board consisting of two
Councilmembers and one Planning Commissioner. Eric Johnson is the Planning Commissioner's current
representative on the board.
The board meets on an as-needed basis to hear appeals for administrative citations. The board has only
met two times;both in 2010.
Councilmembers Burandt and Motin are the current Council representatives on the board with terms
expiring December 31, 2013.
