Request
Consider a request by the City of Elk River for an amendment to the
Subdivision Ordinance for the creation of Open Space Subdivision
Regulations.
Issue
This item is being continued. At their September 22, 1998 meeting, the
Planning Commission postponed this item until their October 27, 1998
meeting. This item will be presented to the Council at the November 16,
1998 meeting.
