SUBJECT: UPDATE ON LAKE ORONO
PROJECT
The sediment removal portion of the Lake Orono project is nearing completion. Staff
anticipates starting to raise the water level in the lake around October 21. However, the
final seeding of some of the disposal sites and similar work will not all be completed until
next spring.
Staff will be at Monday nights meeting to give the Council a brief update on the project.
If it is completed in time, a short video on the project will be shown.
