Background/Discussion
Below is the pay estimate for the public works project. The pay estimate has been reviewed and approved
by the architect,RJM Construction, and department director in charge of the project.
Retainage in the amount of$3,124 is being withheld as the final pay application for seeding and plants
($2,124) which will be released upon spring review and possible corrections to the exterior sidewalk
concrete replacement ($1,000).
A change order in the amount of$15,625 or .18% of the project contract related to project modifications
/ scope changes. The city received rebates directly for Elk River Municipal Utilities and Centerpoint
Energy which did not get credited against the project. Subtracting out the net rebates, the actual net
change amount is $4,481 or .05% of the project contract.
The Public Works Facility Committee reviewed the final change order and recommend approval.
