The Elk River Lions Club has applied for a temporary on-sale liquor license in connection with the Shiver
Elk River event on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Orono Park.
The Lions Club has submitted all the necessary application materials including a Certificate of Insurance
listing the city as an additional insured.
