RESIGNATION OF SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST
AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE REPLACEMENT
This is to inform the city council that Kelly Keiner has resigned as Secretary/Receptionist for the
police department. Kelly delivered their second child on Saturday, October 17, 1998.
We have asked one (1) of the candidates from the Records Clerk position applications to fill this
vacancy. Marjorie Haggerty from Princeton has accepted this offer. Contingent on her
successfully passing the background check, I am requesting authorization to hire her for this
position. Her starting pay is recommended to be at Grade 5, Step D, which is $9.76 per hour.
