An Ordinance Adopting the 2014 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does Hereby ordain as follows:
1. Policy and Purpose: By the enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council intends to
establish fees and charges required by the City Code for the year 2014 and to comply with
Minnesota Statutes, 462.353, sub. 4.
2. Fees and Charges: Tlie fees and charges for the city for the year 2014 are as set forth on
attached Exhibit A.
3. Application:Where a direct conflict exists between die amount of a fee or charge set by any
provision of the City Code and a fee or charge set by this Ordnance, the fee or charge set by
this Ordinance applies.
Effective Date
That this Ordinance shall become effective January 7, 2014.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 6"' day of January,2014.
