I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of
Adjustments was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson.
2. Consider 12/10/13 Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Eric Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Mike
Keller to approve the December 10,2013 Agenda with the following change:
Delete Item 4.1—November 12, 2013 Board of Adjustments Minutes
Motion carried 4-0.
3. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
5. Request by BWB Holdings, LLC for Variance to reduce the minimum
lot size, Case No. V 13-10 — Public Hearing
Mr. Barnhart explained that drawings for this application are not yet available and
staff recommended continuing the item to the January 14, 2014 meeting.
Chair Anderson opened the public hearing. There were no comments from the
audience.
Motion by Commissioner Eric Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Mike
Keefe to continue the request by BWB Holdings,LLC to the January 14,2014
Board of Adjustments meeting. Motion carried 4-0.

There being no further business, Commissioner Eric Johnson moved to adjourn the
meeting of the Elk River Board of Adjustments at 6:35 p.m.
