Water Tower Attachment Engineering Inspection Quote
DISCUSSION:
Verizon Wireless has provided water tower attachment plans for ERMU review. The cost of
engineering and legal review for the attachments would be reimbursed by Verizon Wireless per
ERMU's attachment agreement. ERMU has received the quote from Badger State Inspection for
the engineering review and inspections for the proposed Verizon Wireless antenna attachments
on ERMU's Gary Street and Johnson Street Water Towers. The quote for review and inspection
relating to the Gary Street site is $11,428 and $1 3,770 for the Johnson Street site. These quotes
are attached.
ACTION REQUESTED:
• Commission approval of the BSI Proposal for the Verizon Wireless projects at the Gary Street
and Johnson Street Water Towers.
ATTACHMENTS:
• Badger State Inspection proposal for review and inspection for the new Verizon Wireless antenna
installation on the ERMU Gary Street Water Tower.
• Badger State Inspection proposal for review and inspection for the new Verizon Wireless antenna
installation on the ERMU Johnson Street Water Tower.

If additional inspections are required or BSI is called for a site visit and the contractor is not ready, this site
visit will be charged on a time and material basis.
