Consider a request by Associated Developers for the following:
1. Rezoning 58.49 acres from C3 (Highway Commercial and R2b (Two family
Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)
2. Preliminary plat of 58.49 acres into 12 commercial lots and 2 outlots
3. A conditional use permit for a 58.49 acre commercial Planned Unit
Development
Issue
This item is being continued. At their October 27, 1998 meeting, the
Planning Commission postponed this item until their November 24, 1998
meeting. This item will be presented to the Council at the November 30,
1998 meeting.
