Designate the Elk River City Council Chambers as the Economic Development Authority's meeting
place for 2014.
Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws, the designation of a place of meeting is suggested at the Annual Meeting of the
EDA. Historically, the EDA has designated its place of meeting at the Elk River City Council Chambers.
In keeping with tradition and convenience, staff recommends the EDA designate the Elk River City
Council Chambers as its meeting place for 2014.
