Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws, the confirmation and recognition of new commissioners is suggested at the Annual
Meeting of the EDA.This year, there are no new commissioners. The terms of commissioners are as
follows:
Paul Motin,Term Expires:12/31/14
Stewart Wilson,Term Expires: 12/31/15
Pat Dwyer,Term Expires: 12/31/15
Barbara Burandt,Term Expires: 12/31/16
Matthew Westgaard,Term Expires: 12/31/16
Bryan Provo,Term Expires: 12/31/17
Dan Tveite,Term Expires: 12/31/18
There are no term limits for EDA Commissioners. All EDA Commissioners are recommended for
appointed by the Mayor and confirmed through the City Council.
