Appoint by motion any new members to the existing sub committees as necessary.
Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws,it is suggested that the Economic Development Authority consider appointments to
all existing committees as necessary. The appointment and/or removal of committee members are at the
discretion of the EDA.All committees may not be necessary for 2014. The EDA should consider
appointments to the following committees:
Energy Commission Representative (Currently Matt Westgaard)
EDA Finance Committee (Currently Dan Tveite&Paul Motin)
EDA Marketing Committee (N/A) Disbanded in 2011.
EDA Prospecting Committee (N/A) Never established
EDA Research and Development Committee (N/A) Never established
