Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws,it is suggested that the Economic Development Authority designate any committee
assignments to Commissioners as necessary. In addition, the EDA is to consider the creation of any new
committees, assign the appropriate number of Commissioners and determine the assignments for the
committee.
