Resolution of the City of llc River Approving Notice of Summary
Publication of rdinance #14-0 1, an Ordinance Adopting the
2014 Master Fee Schedule
on January 6, 2014 the Ell,River City Council adopted Ordinance 14-01
approving the 2014 Master Fee Schedule;and
WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the
City Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, subd. 4; and
WHEREAS, the 2014 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative,
Financial,Environmental,Planning, Development,Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire,
Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations;and
a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any
person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular
business hours—8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,Monday through Friday.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River,Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the
title and summary of Ordinance 14-01 and that Ordinance 14-01 shall become effective
upon publication of this resolution.
