Request
Staff has prepared three options for the development of Grace Park, an eleven-acre park
acquired in 2002 from the Grace Assembly of God Church. The park is located adjacent to
the Royal Oaks Ridge subdivision.
Staff requests that the Commission review the park plans and provide staff regarding
changes to the plans. Staff would like to schedule a neighborhood meeting for April to
gather input from the adjacent residential neighborhood in order to approve a final
development plan. Once a plan is approved, a budget can be developed and the
improvements can be added to the overall ClP budget and schedule.
