West sewer plant update
The city's application to build a sewer plant to serve the
west side of Otsego has been approved by the Minnesota ,
Pollution Control Agency(MPCA). The city anticipates
going out for bids in the spring of 2003, with construction ` „! A a ra •
beginning in summer 2003 and finishing in fall 2004. As
with the sewer plant built on the east side of Otsego, this
will be funded entirely by user fees. No tax money will be S n owm o b i i e
