SUBJECT: Big Tooth Sweet Tooth 5K Race —Woodland Trails Park
Bradley Wick is again requesting use of Woodlands Trails Park on Saturday,July 26, 2003 for
the Big Tooth Sweet Tooth 5K Cross Country Race (see attached letter). In the past,we
have not had any issues regarding the conduct of the race participants.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that permission be granted for the Big Tooth Sweet Tooth Race with the
condition that the organizer complete the required paperwork with City Recreation and
comply with all conditions regarding signage and fees.

Dear Elk River Park and Recreation Commission,
I am requesting the use of Woodland Trails Park on Saturday, July 26, 2003 for the
Bigtooth Sweet Tooth 5K Cross Country Race. This will be the 5th annual Bigtooth
Sweet Tooth Cross Country Race that has been held at Woodland Trails Park. I hope
that you will again grant permission for this race to be held. If you have any questions
