SUBJECT: Request for Use of Lions Park By Rivers Christian Academy
Request
The Rivers Christian Academy's 9th grade leadership class is planning a picnic on May 24 at
Lions Park. They have already reserved and paid for the band shell and pavilion. They are
also requesting to place a moonwalk in the grass next to the band shell. They expect 100+
people to take part in this event. Please refer to the attached application for additional
information.
Staff believes this park use request qualifies as a "Major Park Use".
Recommendation
Staff recommends that no additional fees or deposits be required of this group.
