SUBJECT: Major Park Use — Lions Park
Request
Joseph D.Caliguire has requested use of Lions Park and Band Shell for August 16 or 23,
2003 from 10:00am to 12:00pm for an "End Of the Summer" Concert. He expects 100
people to take part in this event. Please refer to the attached application for additional
information.
Staff believes this park use request qualifies as a"Major Park Use".
Mr.Caliguire will be in attendance at the meeting to answer questions the Commission may
have regarding this event.
Recommendation
Per the adopted Park Use Application the Park and Recreation Commission is responsible
for reviewing and determining the fees and deposit for this use.
