SUBJECT: Joint Meeting with the City Council
We have an opportunity to meet with the City Council on Monday, September 22, 2003 to
discuss any issues surrounding the Comprehensive Plan and the greenway initiatives.
In order to have a productive meeting with the City Council,we will need to outline our issues
in memo form. Please generate a list of your issues to be included in the memo. I will also need
a small committee (3 members) to assist with the drafting of the memo.
