Designate the Dates and Time for regular Housing and Development Authority meetings for 2014.
Background/Discussion
The HRA Bylaws require the designation of regular meeting dates at the Annual Meeting of HRA.
Current HRA Bylaws designate the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date
and time.Any meeting falling on a holiday shall be held on the next business day at the same time and
location. Staff recommends the HRA designate the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. as the
regular meeting date and time again for 2014. Any deviation from the existing designation would require
an amendment to the Bylaws.The 2014 Board and Commission Meeting Calendar is attached.
