Background/Discussion
The HRA Bylaws require that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority designate any committees
necessary and assign the appropriate number of Commissioners to each committee. Currently, the HRA
does not have subcommittees, as it has not been necessary. Therefore, staff recommends that the HRA
take no action on setting up subcommittees until it is evident that a need exists.
