p.m. as a workshop meeting.
1) To discuss the results of the Small Cities Development Program Pre Application from the
Department of Employment and Economic Development and;
2) Discuss developing an Elk River Housing Rehabilitation Program Policy with the Central Minnesota
Housing Partnership.
Background/Discussion
. Central Minnesota Housing Partnership is requesting a workshop with the HRA to discuss the results of
the Small Cities Development Program Pre Application and to discuss the Elk River Housing
Rehabilitation Policy.
