SUBJECT: Consider Park Dedication —Administrative Subdivision by
James & Kim Schuweiler, Case No. AS 02-08
Request
The Park and Recreation Commission is asked consider park dedication for a two-lot
administrative subdivision.

Analysis
The subject property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of County Roads
79 and 32. The property is in the Al District, which requires a 10-acre lot minimum for
subdivision purposes. Located on the subject parcel is an existing single-family home, an
attached garage, and a detached shed.
The applicants propose to subdivide the 10. 79 acre parcel into two. Parcel A will be 10
acres and Parcel B will be 10.79 acres. The subject property is outside of any park service
area, therefore cash dedication would be appropriate.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Commission recommend cash dedication for park dedication
purposes.
