SUBJECT: December I I, 2002 Meeting
I have discussed the agenda for the December 11, 2002 Park and Recreation Commission
meeting with Chairman Peterson. There are no items on the agenda which require
immediate Commission action and the number of items is very small. We,therefore, are
canceling the December 11,2002 Park and Recreation Commission meeting. The January
meeting will include a pre-meeting to continue our discussion on the Master Park Plan
Vision and an agenda item to discuss the 2003 Capital Improvements Budget
recommendation for the Council to consider.
If you are a member of the Facilities Subcommittee,please note that we will still be meeting
at 5:15 at City Hall that evening to discuss tournaments.
