Mayor Dietz is asked to read and present a plaque to JoAnn Warren for her 23 years of service to the City
of Elk River.
Background/Discussion
JoAnn will be retiring from the city on February 19,2014. Various staff, along with Liquor Store Manager
Dave Potvin,will be at the Council meeting to discuss JoAnn's 23 years of service to the city.

PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, JoAnn Warren has retired from the Liquor
Operations Division after 23 years of service to the
community; and
WHEREAS, JoAnn has earned the respect and
friendship of her peers, co-workers, and the community;
and
WHEREAS, for her dedicated service to the community,
the Elk River City Council, fellow employees, and
citizens of the community extend their sincere
appreciation to JoAnn and wish her a long, happy, and
healthy retirement!
