Background /Discussion
In order to develop staff reports which properly evaluate the application and completely inform the
Planning Commission and City Council, staff extended the 60 -day review period allow time for additional
information to be submitted by the applicant and be reviewed by city staff and legal counsel.

On behalf of the City of Elk River, staff is extending the 60 -day review period for your request for
an Interim Use Permit. The purpose of the extension is to allow time for additional information to
be submitted and reviewed.
