Dear Michelle,
While I have had an enjoyable and educational term as Planning Commissioner for the City of Elk River I
will not be seeking reappointment.
My experiences over the past three years have given me tremendous exposure to some of the internal
workings of city politics. Hopefully, as the demands of family, work, and graduate school lessen, there will
be a furore opportunity to serve in some kind of a volunteer capacity once again.
I thank you for your commitment to the City of Elk River and appreciate your professional approach to your
work. Please pass along my sincere thanks to Mayor Klinzing and the City Council for the opportunity to
serve,
