SUBJECT: Authorize City Clerk to Attend IIMC Annual Conference
The approved 2004 budget includes money for me to attend the International Institute of
Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Annual Conference. This is also consistent with the letter of
understanding at the time of my hiring. The conference is scheduled to be held in Whistler,
British Columbia, Canada, May 23 - May 27, 2004.
ACTION REQUESTED
A motion from Council authorizing the City Clerk to attend the IIMC Annual Conference to
be held May 23 - May 27, 2004.
