FINAL PLAT CORRECTIONS
Dear Mr. Harlicker:
We have reviewed the information regarding Elk River Station plat corrections submitted by
Westwood Professional Services. There are two plat corrections being proposed. Ffrst, the
original plat had incorrectly labeled the southeast section comer as the northeast section comer,
so that is being corrected. The second correction adds dimensions that were missing along the
easement line in Lot 3, Block 2. A copy of each of these corrections from the plat is attached to
this letter for your reference.
After having reviewed these proposed corrections, we would recommend City Council adoption. If
you have any questions regarding these issues, please calF.
